The location was quiet and beautiful, next to restaurants and cafes. The rooms were updated with a window towards the garden. The staff were really helpful and efficient.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, have updated amenities like different mattresses, and the outdoor area, for example, is fabulous with excellent services!

Hotel was well-kept and perfect, staff was efficient. The venue was in a peaceful location just next door to downtown, and a nearby park that had several food trucks on site. I tried some drinks at bar Ryan's Sports Grill, located 5 minutes walk away. I thoroughly enjoyed the room and its comfortable decor.

This hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area of Fort Collins, which made for a relaxing stay. The rooms were large and clean, offering great value for money. Additionally, the hotel's location in a shopping center made it easy to find and provided convenient access to stores, restaurants, and entertainment options.

The only aspect that could use improvement is the air conditioner, which had inconsistent cooling. It would alternate between being extremely cold and not providing enough cool air.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, flat screen cable TV, coffee/tea making equipment and a seating area. The restaurant was good, excellent service, good food.

The hotel was conveniently located near the places we wanted to visit in town. We also appreciated the room service, which was prompt and efficient. The hotel offered a nice outdoor view from our room, which made our stay more pleasant. The on-site restaurant was a great convenience, and the breakfast options were diverse and tasty. As a group, we enjoyed the hotel’s leisure facilities, such as the gym and pool. However, the walls in our room were thin, and we could hear noise from other rooms.

Beds were doubles not queens, I knew that going in just wish they were queens. Also no place to get coffee earlier than 6:30.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated all my needs. I cannot stress how kind and quick to respond they were. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and facilities, and the price was reasonable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the indoor pool with a view of the courtyard, were well maintained. Additionally, the front desk host warmly greeted me, making me feel valued as a guest. the customer service was exceptional.
